Integration with the Internet and Databases

Integration with MOFFICE provides unlimited access to your financial data. Increase your sales, identify trends and opportunities for your company using dynamic trend charts with Microsoft Excel. With Microsoft Word, create a price list from an item file or a mailing using the customer file. Add more functions to G2 with Microsoft Access.

Graphical User Interface

G2 was designed for M Windows. It does not simply function in a DOS window, but as a Windows program that is easy to use in a user-friendly environment.

Immediate Processing

Real-time processing of data provides immediate access to financial data. As a result, this lets you make clear decisions based on accurate and precise information.

No Closing

G2 does not require you to close periods or financial years. You may start operations for a new period or financial year without having to first close the preceding period. Locking modifications to previous periods ensures data integrity. Temporary locking lets you enter year-end entries and adjustments.

Financial Data Saved Indefinitely

Data is saved for as long as you want. Reprinting reports or journals for an earlier date helps you validate general ledger balances. Information can be consulted later to produce comparative analyses.

G2 Customization

You can modify G2 to adapt it to your own specific requirements. Edit report layouts. Add data fields such as the birth dates of your best customers. Edit forms by inserting your logo. Select information to be included in reports. When major modifications are required, you can entrust the work to our certified team of developers.

Ability to Enter Four Digits for the Year

The software lets users enter four digits for the year in all date fields. It accurately processes dates after January 1, 2000 including calculating, saving, deleting, displaying, outputting, transferring and classifying dates.
